Get-together & Official Opening of the Exhibition, 12 April 2026, at Tivoli Congress Center

The Get-together & Official Opening of the Exhibition is included in the registration fee, but we kindly ask you to register, if you wish to attend. 

It will take place in the exhibition area at the conference venue from 17:30 to 19:00. 

Theme: Wear a hat typical of your country/culture.

Welcome reception, 13 April 2026, at Copenhagen City Hall

The Welcome reception at Copenhagen City Hall on 13 April 2026 is included in the registration fee, but we kindly ask you to register, if you wish to attend. 

It will take place from 18:30 to 20:00. 

5 KM run/walk, 14 April 2026, Copenhagen Harbour

Join us for a nice 5 KM run/walk round the Copenhagen Harbour on 14 April at 7:00-7:45 AM. 
Meeting point: Registration desk at Tivoli Congress Center. More information will be sent closer to the date to those who sign up.
