Hotel Accommodation for Conference Attendees

Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center
Special rates have been secured for conference attendees at the Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center. The rates are as follows:

  • Single room: DKK 1645 per night
  • Double room: DKK 1745 per night
    Rates include breakfast and 25% VAT.     These rates are per room per night.

If the hotel is fully booked for your selected dates, please contact Susan Svenningsen at ss@cap-partner.eu  with your booking requirements.

Cabinn Copenhagen
A selection of rooms have also been reserved at Cabinn Copenhagen, offering more budget-friendly options:

  • Single room: DKK 620 per night
  • Double room: DKK 720 per night
    Rates include 25% VAT. Please note that breakfast is not included, but can be purchased for DKK 99 per person at check-in.

Cabinn Copenhagen

The hotel represents a decent, honest and affordable hotel concept where you can spend the night in the city without breaking your budget.
