Refund of the hotel accommodation booking will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the course secretariat in writing before or on 1 August 2025. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the course. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.
